摘要: 将面向对象程序设计方法应用于数值模拟辊弯成形过程,使程序代码层次分明,模块化程度高,易于增删和维护;同时,改进了基于修正的拉格朗日方法的弹塑性大变形样条有限条方法的计算列式,结合体现辊弯成形过程的流动模型,对普通槽钢成形进行了算例分析,对比相关文献提供的试验结果,达到了良好的吻合,进一步证明了模拟方法的有效性和可靠性。

关键词: 辊弯成形, 流动模型, 面向对象程序设计, 样条有限条法

Abstract: The Object-oriented programming method is applied to the numerical simulation of the cold roll-forming, the code is the additions and deletions because of the clear administrative levels and high modularization. And the elastic-plastic large deformation spline strip method is updated. Combining with the flow model, the forming process of the channel is simulated successfully and the results of the example coincide with experimental result in relational document. The validity of the calculational method and the model is proved further.
