摘要: 根据径向柔性机构的结构,从平面杆机构的基本原理出发,分析了通用型线涡旋压缩机的柔性机构运动学模型、各接触点的约束、动涡旋盘和柔性机构的运动状态、平稳性指标、各零件误差的影响系数、动静盘之间的啮合状态和间隙以及精度补偿的机理,揭示了径向柔性机构和动盘运动的平稳性、型线类型与啮合精度的内在联系,为压缩机零件精度的分析与综合奠定了基础。

Abstract: According to the structure of radial compliance mechanisms, based on the fundamental principle of plane linkage mechanism, the kinematics model of radial compliance mechanisms in general profiles scroll compressor ,the restriction condition of contact point, the running state of orbit scroll and compliance mechanism, stability index, the mesh state between the orbit scroll and fix scroll, and the error compensation mechanism are analyzed, It demonstrates the inherent relation between radial compliance mechanism and the running stability of orbit scroll, the profile type and mesh precision. So this theory will make the foundation for the scroll compressor precision analysis and synthesis.
