摘要: 可检测性是衡量并确保产品功能质量的重要特征参量。运用DFA/M的思想,研究了面向检测的设计(DFT)方法:首先探讨了一般机电产品可检测性的概念,进而提出了广义特征的概念,从而建立有利于产品可检测性评价的产品广义特征模型;并采用基于规则和基于框架的两种知识表示方法分别对可检测性准则、检测工具资源信息进行表达和描述,由此建立支持DFT专家系统的知识库。基于上述思想,在Pro/E平台上开发了DFT专家系统原形,并在产品实例中进行了验证。

Abstract: Testability is the essential parameter to evaluate and guarantee the functional quality of products. In the light of the DFA/M thoughts,the DFT (Design for testability) method is studied. In first,the testability of common mechanical products is described. And the concept of general feature is put forward. Then the product generalized feature model for evaluating testability is set up. The rule-based and frame-based knowledge representation methods respectively used to express the testability rules and information about apparatus and tools for testing and measuring are presented. By this way,the knowledge library supporting DFT expert system is made. Base on that,the DFT expert system prototype is developed on the Pro/E platform. At last,it is verified by product instances.
