一类气浮支承高速喷漆涡轮运动稳定性和轴心轨迹的研究

摘要: 建立了一类气浮支承高速喷漆涡轮非线性动力学模型。基于数值分析理论,在宽转速范围内分析了气浮支承喷漆涡轮系统的运动稳定性和动态响应,研究了在工作和非工作状态等参数点处的时间历程曲线、相图和轴心轨迹图,得出了系统发生霍普夫(Hopt)分岔的临界值范围及轴心轨迹随轴承轴预间隙的变化规律。

Abstract: The non-linear dynamic model is set up of one type of high-speed painting automizor with gas supporting system. The kinematic stability and dynamic response of the gas painting automizor system are studied over a relatively wide range of rotating speed by numerical analytic method, and the time histories, phase diagrams and axis tracing curves are obtained under working and non-working conditions. Furthermore, the range of the critical parameter of the system when Hopf bifurcation occurs and the law between axis trace and bearing clearance are acquired.
