误差输入前馈补偿控制方法及其在滚珠丝杠磨削中的应用

摘要: 为提高精密滚珠丝杠磨削精度,在激光反馈螺纹磨床误差补偿系统中提出了一种误差输入前馈补偿控制方法。理论分析表明,该方法能显著提高系统的控制精度,改善系统的动态性能。该方法应用于滚珠丝杠磨削中,使加工精度得到明显提高。

Abstract: In order to improve the accuracy of ball lead-screw grinding, a new method of compensating input feedforward control is used in the system of laser feedback error compensation for lead-screw grinder. Theoretical analyses shows that this input-revising algorithm can improve the accuracy and the transient response of the system. When this method is used in the ball leadscrew grinding error compensation system, the maximum error is effectively decreased.
