摘要: 分析了平面连杆机构连杆曲线现有特征参数描述方法及其存在的问题。以数学形态学图像分析为基础,提出并建立了基本连杆曲线数学形态学形状谱的特征参数描述方法。所提取的特征参数本身具有归一化特征,而且与连杆曲线缩放、旋转及坐标的位置无关。用该方法建立的连杆曲线数据库具有数据冗余度小、查询辨识快速等优点,对于平面连杆机构轨迹综合的快速实现具有积极意义。

Abstract: The problems existing in present methods for describing the coupler curve of linkage mechanism are analyzed. A new analyzing method based on mathematical morphology is proposed. It is shown that the characteristic parameters obtained by the new method are independent of the scale,direction and position of the coupler curve. A database for the coupler curves of linkage mechanisms,which is of small redundancy and quick to be retrieved,is built by using these characteristic parameters.
