磁力轴承转子系统的力耦合和力矩耦合分析

摘要: 为减轻或消除磁力轴承转子系统中存在的力耦合和力矩耦合,针对八极径向磁力轴承,在不考虑时间因数的情况下,以转子与定子的偏心为变量,分析和计算了电磁力的分布,推导了径向磁力轴承沿周向任意点处电磁力的表达式,提出了磁力轴承转子系统力耦合和力矩耦合概念,并推导出交叉耦合系数计算公式。计算结果表明:力耦合和力矩耦合总是存在的,结构设计无法解决,只有采用控制补偿的方法才能减少或消除这两种耦合。

Abstract: In order to weaken or eliminate force coupling and moment coupling existed in a rotor system of active magnetic bearings, taken the relative bias between a rotor and a stator as the variable, the magnetic force distributions are analyzed and calculated for 8-polar magnetic bearings without regard of the factor of time. The force at any point around the circumference of a radial bearing is formulated. Two concepts of force coupling and moment coupling relative to the rotor system of a magnetic bearing are presented. The formulae are derived of the intercross coupling coefficient. The result shows that force coupling and moment coupling always exist, which can not be decreased or eliminated by structural design but by control compensation.
