单级齿轮系统的拍击振动模型

摘要: 在考虑不平衡质量、主动轴转速波动和齿轮副齿侧间隙的情况下,建立了单级齿轮传动系统的拍击振动模型,模型具有3自由度,1个旋转和2个沿啮合线方向的平移。推导出了相邻两次碰撞之间的映射关系式。根据计算结果,系统的拍击振动周期与激励周期有关;在某一转速下,拍击周期等于激励周期,而在另一转速下,拍击周期是激励周期的两倍。系统处于拍击状态时,齿面碰撞和齿轮正常啮合交替出现。

Abstract: The rattling model of a one-stage gear system is established, in which mass unbalance, speed fluctuation of driving shaft and backlash of the gear pair is considered. The rattling model has three degrees of freedom, one rotation and two translations in engaging line direction of the gear pair. The mapping equations of the system between impact are developed. According to the calculation results at given parameters, the rattling period of the system is related to inspiring period. At some speed of driving shaft, the rattling period is equal to that of driving shaft, at another speed, the rattling period is double. In the rattling state, impact and normal engagement between the gear pair occurs alternatively.
