电磁轴承动刚度的自动测量

摘要: 针对电磁轴承刚度难以测量的问题,构建了一套简单的刚度测量系统用来自动测量电磁轴承的动刚度。该系统采用电磁轴承的数字控制器、功效、电磁铁作为激振器,电磁轴承的电涡流传感器作为拾振器,自行研制的测量分析系统作为测量分析工具。给出电磁轴承动刚度的测量结果。测量结果表明,该系统能较准确测量电磁轴承的动刚度。此测量系统还可以用于其他轴承刚度的测量,也可用于系统辨识。

Abstract: In allusion to the complexity in measuring the dynamic stiffness of active magnetic bearings, a simple measurement system of stiffness is established to measure the dynamic stiffness for active magnetic bearings automatically. This system uses digital controller, amplifier, electromagnet of the active magnetic bearings as vibration exciter, eddy sensor of the active magnetic bearings as vibration pickup and a self-developed measurement and analysis system as measurement and analysis instrument. The measurement result of dynamic stiffness for active magnetic bearings is presented, and it shows that this measurement system can take fairly accurate measurement of the dynamic stiffness for magnetic bearings. This measure system can be applied to the measurement of stiffness for other kinds of bearings, and to the system identification.
