摇摆式凸轮轴数控磨削插补算法及控制策略研究

摘要: 根据摇摆式凸轮磨削运动几何原理,提出了一种多约束凸轮轴凸轮型线数控磨削插补技术,建立了以凸轮矢角θ为参变量的插补算法模型。给出了插补过程与实时伺服相分离的前后台式控制策略思想,并验证了插补算法的精度和效率,为研制摇摆式凸轮轴数控磨床提供了理论参考。

Abstract: According to the geometric principle of the swinging type camshaft grinding setup, an interpolating technology of multi-constrained camshaft profile CNC grinding is proposed. The interpolation algorithm model involving the cam vector angle θ is developed. Based on foreground and background control theory, the controlling strategy with the separation of the interpolation process and real time servo are proposed. Furthermore, the precision and efficiency of the interpolation algorithm are experimentally verified. The theoretical references and criteria for developing swinging type camshaft CNC grinding machine have been established.
