摘要: 固体物料的管道运输,其输送速度是个值得深入研究和试验的问题,不仅关系到运输成本,而且直接影响到管道的使用期限和管道运输的有无竞争力。根据蔡保元教授提出的固液两相流两个速度场的观点,从水力损失和磨蚀的不同角度进行优化,确定最佳输送速度,并通过工程进行验证。

Abstract: What’s the best conveying speed is a problem worth studying and testing deeply. Conveying speed affects not only the cost of the conduction and competitive ability of the conduction, but also the service life of the pipelines. This article is to define the best conveying speed from the different respects of hydraulic power loss and abrasion in accordance with the theory of existing two velocity fields initiated. Also, this contrive idea has been tested and used on many short-distance pipelines.
