摘要： 分析了平顶珩磨轮廓特征，建立了平顶珩磨轮廓复合函数模型；提出以闸门函数sinc为核心的描述偏态分布轮廓的分形模型，填补了粗糙度领域中偏态分布分形模型研究的空白；应用小波技术分解微坑式轮廓曲线，提出一组新的微坑式平顶珩磨轮廓粗糙度评定参数。

Abstract: The plateau honing technique and its function are introduced. A combination fractal model based on sine function is put forwards to describe honing profiles through a serious proves and loglog spectrum of measured data’s. Wavelet technique is applied to study plateau-honing profiles with lots of specially machined micro-holes. A new set of roughness parameters is given.
