摘要: 针对设备上楼的柔性安装问题,把设备的安装基础建模为柔性基础,建立了柔性基础上主动隔振系统模型,考虑了设备、隔振器、作动器和柔性基础的耦合作用,用传递导纳来描述作动器的控制力,采用导纳综合法推求了主被动隔振的统一的功率流传递控制式,控讨了PID等控制方法的主动控制策略,从而实现了控制FBRE系统若干阶模态振动的目的。

Abstract: Aiming at the equipment installed on a flexible floor, this study makes a model of active vibration isolation with a flexible base. The control force of the actuator is described using transfer mobility, and a uniform power flow function is presented through mobility method when coupling of the equipment, isolators, actuators and the base is fully considered. At last it discusses several active control strategies, for example PID control method, and achieved the goal to control vibration of some modes.
