超磁致伸缩材料微位移执行器的设计理论及方法

摘要: 超磁致伸缩材料是一种新型的功能材料,其微位移执行器的设计理论和方法具有特殊性。分析了超磁致伸缩材料的工作特性,给出了超磁致伸缩微位移执行器的原型。在此基础上,建立了执行器的微位移传递机构、磁路、驱动线圈及其冷却等几个关键部分的数学模型,并提出其设计理论和方法。同时,采用上述理论和方法研制了超磁致伸缩微位移执行器样机,通过试验验证了其正确性和实用性。

Abstract: Giant magnetostrictive materials (GMM) is a new type of functional materials. The designing of microdisplacement actuator based on it is particular. The work characteristic of GMM is analyzed and the prototype of microdisplacement actuator based on GMM is given. On basis of it, the mathematics model of transfer mechanism of microdisplacement, magnetic circuit, driving coil and cooling part, which are the key parts in actuator is founded. And the designing theories and methods of them are proposed. Moreover, a sample of micro-displacement actuator based on GMM is manufactured using above-mentioned theories and methods and their validity and practicability is verified through experiments.
