基于功能分解的机械产品概念设计

摘要: 工程设计问题常采用功能分解,功能分解的核心是采用了功率键合图,通过分析工程系统功能关系确立待设计系统物理参数;根据系统中能量传递建立系统转换模型,并将该模型转化为功能参数转换矩阵,通过附加约束推理出功能方法树;建立系统匹配元件库,给出评估因素,确定匹配关系,并结合专用塑料盒封切机传动系统设计讨论软件自动生成功能方法树,产生多个设计方案及方案评估的关键技术。

关键词: 功率键合图, 功能方法树, 机械产品设计, 转换矩阵, 补偿, 热变形, 直线电机, 滞后行为

Abstract: Function decomposition is adopted in engineering design, and the heart of functional decomposition uses the principle of bond graphs. It decides physical parameters by analyzing functional relations in engineering design system; It establishes the transform model of the system according to energy transmit and changes it into functional parameter transform matrix, then reasons out a function means tree by additional constraints; it founds system matching component base, gives evaluation factors and decides matching relations; Finally, showing special plasticbox sealing and cutting machine as an example, a critical technology is discussed about the automatic production of function means tree, and multi – solution production and evaluation by means of software.
