摘要: 根据对仿生制造发展的认识,重新定义了仿生制造的概念,提出了生物制造和生物制造工程的概念,并将其实施途径分为内控法和外控法两大类。基于迅速发展的RP技术和生物医学技术,从全新的角度提出了生物制造实施的新途径——基于RP的生物活性生物制造方法,论述了此技术的理论基础和实施手段。理论上该方法可以制造任意形状的生物活性结构,例如:某个生物活性骨质机器零件,甚至整台机器。

Abstract: According to understanding on the development of bionic manufacturing, the new concept of the bionic manufacturing is redefined. Further more, the concept of biological manufacturing and biological manufacturing engineering is proposed. And its implementary ways are classified into internal control method and external control method. Based on rapidly developing RP&M and biology technology, a bran-new implementary method of biological manufacturing----bioactive biological manufacturing based on RP, is proposed. The fundamental theory and implementary technologies are discussed. In theory, the method can make out any complex shaped object with bioactivity, for example, to make an osteal machine part with bioactivity, even the whole machine with bioactivity.
