摘要: 利用机械振动理论、动力分析有限元法,结合齿轮啮合理论,配合有关试验手段,研究斜齿轮系统耦合振动的动力学建模问题,同时进行结合部参数识别。对齿轮-传动轴-箱体系统在耦合振动条件下的动力学特性进行全面分析,为齿轮的动态特性优化提供理论基础。

Abstract: Based on vibration theory and finite element method for dynamic problem combined with the gear geometry and experimental research, the dynamic modeling of helical gearing system is pursued. At the same time, the equivalent dynamic parameter on the joint boundary between gear transmission substructure and gear box is identified by experimental modal analysis method and the dynamic behavior of gear-shaft-gearbox system under the coupled vibration is simulated as well. A foundation of dynamic optimization for lower vibration and noise on gear box is provided by this research work.
