双层材料离心机转子温度场的数值分析

摘要: 在分析离心机转子系统传热机理的基础上,将双层材料的离心机转子温度场处理成求解二维轴对称稳态温度场的数学模型。利用四边形四节点等参单元的有限元方法,对该模型进行数值求解,得出了温度场的计算结果,并与试验结果进行了比较。对双层材料离心机转子温度场进行了传热特性分析。

Abstract: Based on the theory of heat transfer for the rotor of centrifuge made of tow-layer materials, the finite element method of the isoparametric quadrilateral element with four nodes is used to give the numerical analysis for the centrifuge rotor temperature field by deal with it as 2-D axial symmetrical steady problem and the result is gained. Certain temperature values are compared with the experimental data. The characteristics of heat transfer of this kind of centrifuge are analyzed.
