摘要: 提出了红外光谱诊断技术用于诊断汽车废气排放物的温度和组分浓度。进而以分子光谱辐射吸收指数宽带模型为基础,分析研究了火焰温度和组分浓度的红外光谱诊断原理和计算方法,并且进行了试验研究。结果表明该诊断技术不仅可以同步诊断火焰温度和组分浓度,而且实时性和诊断精度也较好。

Abstract: A technology of infrared spectroscopy diagnoses is introduced for the flame temperature and species concentration of exhaust emission of vehicles. Furthermore, the principle of infrared spectroscopy diagnosis technology is analysed on the basis of the theory of the exponential wide – band model of spectral radition – absorption of gas melecules, and a practical calculating method is given. Finally, an infrared spectroscopy diagnosis system has been established, and the flame temperature and species concentration are measured. The experimental results shows that not only the system can achieve the aim to synchronously measure flame temperature and species concentration, but it has the characteristics of high diagnostic accuracy and quick diagnosis.
