摘要: 在传统的管路分段集中参数模型的基础上,引进动摩擦液阻,提出了新的管路分段集中参数健图模型。经与研究管路动态的特征线法和分布参数健图法的对比分析,确定了动摩擦液阻的表达式。试验验证了所提出模型的正确性。该模型物理意义明显、直观,计算参数少,仿真能力强,因而更便于工程应用。

Abstract: By introducing a kinetic friction factor into the conventional sectional concentrated-parameter model for hydraulic pipelines, a new even-sectional concentrated-parameter model using bond graphs is worked out. Then the expression of the kinetic friction factor is determined by comparing the simulation results of this new model with those of the distributed-parameter model. Experimental results have proved the new model to be true. The new model has a visual physical process, and less calculated parameters and higher capacity of simulation than any other models, so it is suitable for application in engineering.
