干涉配合预应力及其在极限大载下的变化规律

摘要: 采用莫尔法对外加单向拉力为35%σ 0.2、60%σ 0.2、68%σ 0.2时的航空用硬铝合金LY12CZ板销钉干涉孔两边应变、应力进行了试验检测研究。结果表明,当所加外载达到或超过航空用硬铝合金LY12CZ的使用极限(即外加载荷为67%σ 0.2)时,干涉量3.1%的干涉配合产生的预应力场稳定性较差,不利于抑制疲劳裂纹的萌生。

Abstract: The prestrain and prestress around the interference – fit hole for hard – aluminum alloy LY12CZ sheet under tension load, levels of 35%σ 0.2, 60%σ 0.2 and 68%σ 0.2, are studied by Moiye’s method. The study shows, under 3.1% interference level, the stability of prestress is worse when load equals or exceeds using limit (67%σ 0.2 loading level) of hard – aluminum alloy LY12CZ. It is adverse to prevent the emergence of fatigue crack.
