摘要: 基于离散数学理论和计算机技术提出了一种数值仿真方法,以直动滚子从动件盘式凸轮机构为研究对象,该机构是包括凸轮与滚子外圈外接触摩擦副和滚子内圈与芯轴内接触摩擦副的一个系统,针对光面磨损失效形式,给出了数值仿真模型,提出了具体的算法方案并编写了通用程序,通过算例实现了凸轮传动系统磨损寿命的预测,使磨损应用研究进入产品设计实用化阶段。

Abstract: Based on the discrete theory and computer technology, numerical simulation method is presented for solving the wear problem. With a disk cam and roller follower system as the object, in which includes two wear contacts, the cam-roller’s outer surface contact and the core rod-roller’s inner surface contact, a simulation model is established for the mild wear mode, and a generally usable software is developed. An example is adopted showing that the wear lifetime prediction for components is realizable for cam-follower transmission systems by using the new method, rendering the wear application study entering the primary design phase of machine components.
