局部冷焊锤击力的测定及锤击效果探讨

摘要: 用应变电测法测出了锤击的F-t曲线及锤击力大小,以此为基础探讨了锤击对焊缝施加影响的机制,焊后在θP以上的锤击,使铸态焊缝经受“铸—锻”联合加工,可显著改善组织形态,减少显微缺陷,增加位错密度和亚晶界,使韧度和强度指标分别提高30%和15%,但锤击不当亦可产生较大的负面作用。

Abstract: F-t curve for peening and peening force is surveyed by strain electric methods. Post-weld peening above φp, exerted a "casting-forging" unitized working on welds, which improved the microstructure morphology, decreased the amount of micro-defects and increased dislocation density and subcrystalline boundary, then improved the toughness and strength by 30% and 15% respectively. But if the welds were peened improperly, contrary effect would be caused.
