摘要: 介绍了无模胀球技术的基本原理和主要工序,以及无模胀球技术的最新研究进展和在工程中的应用情况。对椭球壳体液压胀形时的应力分布进行了理论分析和图形描述,并进行了一系列的椭球壳整体无模液胀成形试验研究,同时通过有限元数值模拟分析了壳体在胀形过程中塑性变形的发生部位及扩展过程。

Abstract: The basic principle and main procedures of the dieless hydro-bulging spherical vessels, as well as the research progress and the applications in engineering, are introduced. Theoretic analysis and the graphic description are made for the hydro-bulging of ellipsoidal shells. Experimental research on the integrated hydro-bulge forming of ellipsoidal shells is carried out, and the occurring position and expanding of the plastic deformation are also analyzed by using FEM results.
