摘要: 对TiAl3晶体在铝熔体中结构遗传的动力学过程进行了研究,针对TiAl3晶体的3种不同形态分别建立了各自的结构遗传动力学模型,并对该晶体在铝熔体中的存活时间进行了定量分析。结果表明:TiAl3晶体的存活时间与其形态有关:棒状形态最稳定,球状最不稳定,板片状介于两者之间;且与原始Ti浓度和熔体温度有关。

Abstract: The structure hereditary dynamic processes for TiAl3 crystals in Al melt are investigated. Three structure dynamic models for different TiAl3 morphologies are built, and the surviving time of TiAl3 crystals in Al melt is analysed quantitatively. The calculation results show that the surviving time of TiA13 crystals in Al melt depends on their morphologies. Bar-like TiAl3 crystal is the most stable, round TiA3, crystal is the most unstable, and plate-like TiA3, crystal is medium. In the meantime, the surviving time of TiAl3 crystals in Al melt also depends on the original Ti concentration and the temperature of Al melt.
