摘要: 采用有限变形理论,基于ANSYS软件二次开发了二维有限变形热弹塑性有限元模拟系统,该系统可对轴对称和平面应变条件下的金属热成形过程坯料与模具的温度场(考虑热传导、辐射、对流和塑性功转化为热)、应力场、应变场(包括弹性与塑性应变、热应变)、金属的成形过程以及模具的受力及失效原因等进行详细的热力耦合模拟分析与优化设计。通过与圆柱体镦粗和温反挤的试验结果比较,验证了该系统的可靠性,为保证成形件质量、选择成形设备、制定合理的成形工艺、改善模具受力和提高模具寿命提供可靠依据。

Abstract: A 2-D thereto-mechanically-coupled elasto-plastic FEM software is developed, which is based on ANSYS program. Using the finite strain theory and the fully coupled method, this system can be used to analyze the whole process of 2-D metal forming problem. The system has been verified by comparing with the measured results of temperature in a compress test and by simulating a cylinder backward-extrusion. The computer simulation results are in good agreement with the experiment results.
