摘要: 基于对胶焊接头局部结构和硬度分布的分析,建立了胶焊接头的计算模型。同时,对胶焊搭接接头拉伸剪切试验的载荷—位移曲线作了讨论。采用所建立的模型进行有限元计算,获得了两种弹性模量胶粘剂胶焊接头和单纯点焊接头的应力场,所得结果证实了计算模型模拟胶焊接头的有效性。

Abstract: Based on analysis on the local structure and the hardness of weldbonded joints, a computational model is established. At the same time, discussions are made on a typical load-displacement curve of weldbonded joints in tensile shear test. Using the model established, stress fields of the resistance spot welded joints and two types of weldbonded joints which made by adhesives with different elastic modulus have been computed by finite element method. Results confirm the validity of the computational model in modeling the weldbonded joints.
