π桥液阻网络理论与π桥溢流阀性能研究

摘要: 提出了由三个液阻构成的π桥液阻网络概念,并将π桥网络分为7种类型。以F型π桥为例,对其特性进行了分析与仿真计算。研制了以F型π桥网络为先导控制部分的溢流阀,称为π桥溢流阀,理论和试验研究表明:π桥溢流阀的流量压力特性根据液阻参数的不同,呈现三种形式:①溢流阀压力随溢流量增加而上升。②溢流阀压力保持恒值,不随溢流量的增减而变化。③溢流阀压力随溢流量增加反而下降。

Abstract: The idea and classification of 7c bridge with three hydraulic resistance are offered. The property of the π bridge is studied. A new principle pilot relief valve with π bridge pilot hydraulic resistance is put forward, the theoretical analysis and experiment shows that the static pressure of the pilot relief valve may be increase or keep constant or decrease in terms of different pilot resistance value when the relief quantity of the valve increase.
