摘要: 分析了并行产品开发的特点,提出了并行产品开发的信息集成框架,并从863/CIMS关键技术攻关项目“并行工程”的需求出发,参照STEP应用协议AP214,建立了并行工程产品特征信息主模型,同时利用STEP开发工具,通过对CAD特征再建模的方法支持CAD与DFM/CAPP/CAM/CAFD的信息集成;利用Delta文件管理工具实现产品数据设计版本管理。

Abstract: The characteristics of concurrent product development is analyzed and an integrated framework for product data integration of concurrent engineering is presented. A feature-based information model referred to STEP AP214 for the concurrent engineering application subsystems is proposed. As the ST-Developer tools used, the information integration between CAD and DFM/CAPP/CAM/CAFD is realized to get manufacturing features from CAD through standard data access interface. The Delta file management tool of STEP-Developer is used to enable product data management for design regeneration.
