摘要: 提出了一种新型结构的硅微热致动泵,对该泵相关的微机械关键加工工艺进行了综述分析和试验研究。

Abstract: A thermo-driven sillicon micropump with novel structure is presented. The fabrication processes of this micropump are analyzed in summarize and measured in individual experiments.
