集成框架下基于产品模型数据交换标准的注塑模信息模型研究

摘要: 在分析了先进制造技术之后,指出实现先进制造技术的关键之一为信息集成,而建立统一的产品模型正是信息集成的基础,认为基于产品模型数据交换标准技术可以满足集成化系统对产品建模的需要,为此,提出了一个基于产品模型数据交换标准的注塑模产品模型,该模型分为总体住处模型、主特征模型、结构信息模型和辅助信息模型。它采用产品模型数据交换标准推荐的层次结构,覆盖产品全生命周期活动,各模型间通过引用和参考实现信息共享,从而使以此开发的系统做到真正意义上的集成。

Abstract: The features of Advanced Manufacturing Technologies (AMT) are analysed, a key technology of AMT is information integration and union product model is the base of information integration are pointed out. So the STEP based Injection Mold Product Model which consists of a general information model, a main feature information model, a structural information model and a auxiliary information model is presented. It uses he level structures recommended by STEP and can include the activities. Of life cycle. The submodel realizes information share by use and reference. So the SIMPM - based system can completely integrate.
