摘要: 提出了一种数控加工圆弧拟合的优化方法。针对目前CNC加工的圆弧拟合中出现的拟合节点多、圆弧段数多、误差控制困难等问题,采用一种优化的双圆弧拟合方法和误差控制方法,使拟合数据点、计算工作量及圆弧段数均大大减少,插补误差得到有效的控制,从而提高了加工效率与加工质量。本方法计算在雕塑曲面的CNCA加工中具有实用意义。

关键词: 拐点, 三次参数样条, 三次样条, 双圆弧拟合

Abstract: An optimal method of arc fitting in NC manufacturing is proposed. It adopted the method of optimal biarc fitting and error controlling, in order to improve some existing problems, such as the numbers of fitting data points and arc's segments are too many, the error controlling is difficult in arc fitting and so on. This method has the following adventages: the number of fitting data points is reduced greatly; The computation is simple; The interpolation error is controlled easy. Therefore, it has practical significance in CNC machining of 3-D sculptured surfaces.
