摘要: 提出了一种将实际测量数据点与工件的CAD模型理论数据点优化匹配的算法。使用该算法可有效提高工件设计坐标系相对于坐标测量机测量坐标系的定位精度,可广泛用于精密测量时测量结果的比较分析。

Abstract: An optimal match scheme that aligns the measurement data with the design data was presented in CAD directed dimensional inspection. Using this method can effectively improve the setting accur of design coordinate system respect to a machines coordinate system, it can be widely used in comparative analysis for precision measurement.
