摩擦焊缺陷超声信号提取及接头无损检测与评价

摘要: 在常规超声波无损检测基础上,利用数字信号处理技术、小波变换方法,以及奇异性分析技术,从大的背景噪声中提取出了摩擦焊缺陷微弱信号。检测出目前利用常规无损检测方法不能检测出的弱接合缺陷,并提高了检测其他焊接缺陷的精度。进而运用特征参量分析方法和模糊分析方法,准确有效地对摩擦焊缺陷进行识别和分类。

Abstract: On the basis of normal ultrasonic NDT (Non-Destructive Testing), the numerical signal analysis methods, the wavelet transformation, and the singularity analysis methods are used to characterize the weak signal reflected by friction welding defects from the large noise. The weak bonding defect, which can not be detected out using normal NDT methods, are detected out with the methods, and the precision of the detecting results to the other welding defects are increased with the methods. The characteristic analysis method as well as a fuzzy analysis method are carried out to classify the friction welding defects effectively.
