摘要: 基于模糊数学理论,在进行可靠性分析的基础上,建立了机械零部件的模糊可靠性优化设计方法。对设计中的主要问题,包括:规格化优化模型,可靠性分析方法,隶属函数的确定以及模糊可靠性优化模型的求解等进行了探讨,并以某型齿轮传动为例给出应用实例。理论和应用表明该方法具有广泛的实用价值和推广前景。

Abstract: Based on the fuzzy mathematics theory and reliability analysis, a fuzzy reliability-based optimal design method for the machine elements is proposed. Some main problems in the design method, including standard model, reliability analysis method, the determination of membership functions and the solution of the design model, are dealt with. A design example of gear transmission is given out. Theoretical model and example results show that the method has wide - ranging practical value and great spreading prospect.
