摘要: 在分析了传统的机械零件检验规划设计过程中所存在的问题的基础上,提出利用计算机辅助完成几何尺寸、形状及位置精度检验规划设计的自动化方法,并将我工智能专家系统技术用于方法研究与系统开发中,重点介绍了作者开发的针对中等复杂程度回转体零件的基于知识的计算机辅助检验规划设计专家系统—BHCAIP。该系统能够根据基于特征的零件模型,自动生成零件在坐标测量机上的检验规划,并通过DMIS处理器实现了系统与计算机控制坐标测量机的集成,为真正实现检验过程的完全自动化进行了研究。

Abstract: Based on the analysis on inspection planning for machined parts manually, computer aided inspection planning as a automatic approach is proposed, and expert system technique is employed in the research on computer aided inspection planning and system development. BHCAIP, a knowledge-based computer aided inspection planning system developed by Beijing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics, is presented. It can generate automatically inspection plan for rotational components, from feature - based computer component model, and translate the inspection plan into DMIS format file for CMMs which has DMIS processor.
