摘要: 借助于高速摄影技术对在金属切削加工中产生的横向卷曲短螺卷屑的形成进行了分析,并根据动力学原理对切屑形成过程中的受力与折断进行了研究,建立了数学模型,并提出了切屑折断判据。

Abstract: The formation of side curling short spiral chips in metal cutting process is studied by means of high-speed photography. On the basis of the dynamic principle, the analysis of force and breaking during the formation of the chips are given, thus the mathematical model is set up and a method to judge the chip breaking is put forward.
