气油两相流粘度特性的试验研究

摘要: 建立了一台实用的旋转式气油两相流粘度测试装置。在此装置上试验研究了容积气体体积分数、油膜厚度、以及切应变速率等因素对气油两相流粘度的特性的影响。归纳出气油两相流粘度特性的一般表达式为:η b/η 0=1+(ab{sup}γ-0.01)β。在改装后的MPV-1500试验机上,试验证明了在高剪切速率下,该一般表达式仍然成立。

Abstract: Practical rotating viscometer for studing bubbly oil is established, and the influence of volume fraction of bubble, film thickness and shear strain rate on the viscosity property of bubbly oil is investigated in detail. A general relation of bubbly oil viscosity property was generalized as ηb/ηo =1+ (a bγ-0.01)β, it is proved experimentally that the above relation is valid at any shear strain rate.
