烧结机新型头尾星轮及复合齿形研究

摘要: 在长期研究的基础上,为解决烧结机台车起拱而研制了一种新型烧结机星轮。从引入运动的匀速、加速条件入手,逐步形成齿廓曲线,构造星轮齿形。给出了该星轮的齿廓曲线方程及对应的计算机绘制的星轮及齿形,这为实现台车有序的加速、匀速的逻辑运动建立了理论基础。应用该理论制成的星轮齿形可以消除台车列的附加惯性力,减少台车起拱,从而减少了漏风率。

Abstract: Based on the research, a new kind of sprockey developed in order to eliminate the arches of the pallets on a sintering machine, which in an original idea an solving the arch problem, In the light of axiom of the condition for uniformaty and acceleration of motion, the tooth-outline cure is taking shape and new forms of teeth of the sprocket are coming into being, Besides, the equation for the tooth-outline curve of the sprocket is derived and the corresponding drawing of the tooth forms is made by a computer, which establishes the theoretical foundation for an orderly accelerative and uniform logical motions The tooth form fo the sprocket based on this theory can eliminate the additional inertia force of the pallet line and lessen the arches of pallets, therefore, reduce the airleak rate.
