摘要: 介绍了一种新型高强耐热铸造铝硅合金,研究了两种主要微量元素Cd和La对其力学性能的影响,并详细分析了该合金的高强耐热机理。

Abstract: A kind of new cast Al-Si alloy of hish strensth and heat-resistance is introduced. The levels of main alloying element are 5.5%~6.5% Si, 1.7%~2.7%Cu, 0.2%~0.4%Mg, 0.15%~0.25%Mn, 0.15%~0.25%Cd, 0.05%~0.10%La, The influences of trace elements Cd and La on mechanical properties of the alloy have been studied experimentally. In addition, the mechanism of heat resisting has also been analised in detail.
