摘要: 提出了一种研究超声微电机传动机理的新方法,把弹性动力学中的瑞利波理论加以延伸应用,提示了超声传动的本质。在此基础上,建立起对超声微电机设计有指导作用的数学模型。比较了几何分析法和弹性动力学方法,明确了深入研究后者的理论和实践价值,为超声微电机的优化设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract: This paper puts forward a new method to study the transmission mechanism of ultrasonic micromotors. The Rayleigh wave theory in elastro-dynamics is extended, and then the intrinsic quality of ultrasonic transmission is revealed. Based on this, the mathematic model of torque optimization is established, then its important sense for designing the micromotors is pointed out. Finally, the authors contrast the method of geometry analysis to that of elastro-dynamics, and indicate the theoretical and practical value of studying the latter deeply.
