球磨机中磨球冲击特性的理论计算

摘要: 球磨机磨球的冲击应力对磨球和衬板的选材设计来说至关重要。推导了球磨机中磨球的最大冲击速度和冲击功计算公式,依据Hertz弹性接触理论计算了磨球的最大冲击应力、冲击接触时间以及冲击接触区直径。发现,磨求冲击应力很大,可达10GPa量级;接触时间短,为0.1ms量级;接触区域相对于整个磨球来说很小。用试验数据对计算结果作了验证,证明所作计算是合理的。

Abstract: The impact stresses of balls in ball mills are much critical to material design of balls and liners. The maximum impact velocity and impact energy are determined. Based on the Hertz elastic contact theory, formulas to calculating the impact stress, the contact duration and the radius of the contact area are deduced. The calculations show that the impact stress is as great as 10GPa level. The contact duration is about 0.1ms level. The contact area is much less than the ball size. The experiment data fit the calculation results very well.
