摘要: 在文献[1]中用新的理论,论证了圆柱体毛坯在平板间镦粗,不可避免地存在着内部应力状态下不佳与变形不均匀的严重弊病。为了改变这种状态,从边界条件入手,提出了一种新型的圆锥形镦粗板。用该工具镦粗毛坯,改变了其内部的应力状态,有利于毛坯中缺陷的锻合,不利于内部萌生裂纹。所建立的力学模型和物理模拟实验,完全证明了这点。

Abstract: It is demonstrated by the new theory of the document[1] that there necessarily exist such serious drawbacks as the internal stress state not good and the deformation non-homogeneous when a cylinder upset between flat platens. The boundary condition should be started with so as to change the bad stress state. In this paper, a new sort of cone upsetting platen is proposed. With the tool used to compress a blank, the internal stress state can be changed, it is advantageous to weld the defects in the blank and it is disadvantageous to sprout the internal crackle. As is full testified by the mechanical model which has been built and the physical simulation experiments.
