复合挤压变形的模拟研究

摘要: 以聚碳酸酯为模拟材料,应用光塑性方法研究了复合挤压变形,得到了变形区全场应变分布曲线。模型应变分布特征表明复合挤压变形体内存在刚性区、挤压型变形区和镦粗型变形区。模型试片条纹图案和应变分析结果,都证实复合挤压变形中确实存在分流区。根据模型试件提供的分流区位置,测得分流点半径尺寸,据此验证了已有三个分流点半径公式的精确程度。

Abstract: The deformation law of combined extrusion was studied by the photoplastic method with polycarbanate as a simulative material in the paper. The curves of strain distribution in the whole deformation zone were obtained. The characteristic of strain distribution showed that there were three special deformation zones, rigid zone, extrusion zone and upsetting zone, in the specimen. By way of the isochroinetic stripe patterns and the results of strain analyses, it was proved that there was a neutral region in the process of combined extrusion. Based on the location of neutral region in the isochroinetic stripe pattern, the precision of three formulas for calculating the radius of neutral point were compared.
