摘要: 统计断裂力学的应用和“双斜率”假设的实验验证标志着齿轮寿命评估研究的新进展,通过20Cr2Ni4渗碳钢断裂特性测定和其他实验数据,对比了AGMA2001—B88及ISO6336—93两个最新标准,印证了小裂纹扩展第一阶段斜率即是材料在大循环次数区的S-N曲线斜率。

Abstract: Application of statistical fracture and experimental approval of two-slope hypothesis indicted research development on life prediction of gears. According to experimental results of fracture for carburized steel 20Cr2Ni4 comparing with new standards of AGMA2001---B88 and ISO6336—93, it is clear that the propagation slope m1 of small crack at first stage is the same as the S-N curve slope of material in large stress cycle number regime.
