摘要: 铸造工艺计算机辅助设计是用高新技术促进铸造学科发展的前沿领域,是当前铸造学科研究的热点。以凝固过程为核心内容的铸造工艺CAD已进入工厂实用阶段,为提高铸件质量发挥了重要作用,为铸造工业带来了显著的经济及社会效益。对铸件浇冒口系统的设计,实用的三维铸造凝固过程模拟分析软件,温度场、流场和应力场数值分析等方面的国内外研究进展进行了评述。同时指出计算机集成铸造技术将是今后的发展方向。

Abstract: Computer aided design of foundry technology is the research freaiter for developing foundry discipline by using high-tech and is also the hottest research topic of foundry discipline to-data as well. CAD of foundry technology with the soildifieation process simulation as the core technology has been put into application in foundry industry, playing an important role to improve the quality of casting as well as providing signifieant economic and social beanfits to foundry industry. Advances on design of risering and gating systems of casting, practical softwares of three analyses etc home and abroad are reviewed in the paper. In addition, it is pointed out that computer integrated foundry technology will be the new research frontier in future.
