成形极限图左半部薄板的失稳行为与极限应变

摘要: 实验研究了两种金属薄板在成形极限图左半部[-R/(1-R)≤ρ=dε2/dε1<0]的失稳行为。结果表明:在拉伸过程中,薄板中应变分布的不均匀性随变形程度增加而加剧;在拉应变成分最大的试样中部区域,其应变状态在载荷失稳(dp=0)后由线性逐渐向平面奕变(板面两主应变增量之一为零)的状态漂移;集中性失稳在内dε2=0(ρ=0)的条件下发生。据此建立了新的成形极限图理论计算方法;用此方法所得计算曲线能更好地吻合实验曲线。

Abstract: The instability behavior of two kinds of metal sheets is experimentally studied on the left of FLD, [-R/(1-R)≤ρ=dε2/dε1<0]. The experimental results show that the in homogeneity of the strain distribution of the sheets increases with deformation, after the load instability (dp=0), the strain state of the centre region of the specimens, where the tensile strain is the biggest, gradually drifts to the plane strain state, and the localized instability occurs at dε2=0. Based upon the experimental results, a now model of tensile instability is presented, and the computed results according to this model are coincident with the experimental curves.
