摘要: 以明确的物理概念提出了烧结材料屈服条件,导出了应力-应变关系。根据实验确定了烧结钢强化曲线,并以此为基础建立了烧结材料后继屈服函数。分析了烧结铜闭式模锻变形与相对密度关系,并与实验结果作了比较。

Abstract: The yield condition for sintered powder materials is proposed based on the definite physical concept and stress strain relations are derived in the paper. The strengthening curve of sintered copper is determined by experiment. The following yield congdition for sintered powder materials is constructed from the curve. The relation of deformation load and relative density for closed die forging of sintered copper is analysed with the help of the present theory, and is compared with experimental results.
