摘要: 对有单独工作轮的可逆轴流风机在正风与反风时的情况进行了分析,根据翼形绕流机理,提出了一种新翼形——双圆弧“S”形翼形,并进行了吹风试验。试验表明,这种翼形的正、反风性能完全相同,与轴流风机的常规机翼翼形相比,其正风性能虽稍低,但反风性能则大大优于后者。当风机叶片采用新翼形成形时,可获得接近于正风性能的最佳反风效果。这时,只要风机直接反转即可实现反风,并达到与正风时的基本相同的风量、风压与效率。

Abstract: The characteristics of reversible ventilation of axial fan is analysed in the paper. In accordance with the theory of flow around the airfoil a new type airfoil---- “S” shaped airfoil with double circles is presented and experimentized in wind tunnel. The experimental results have shown that characteristics of new type airfoil in reversal ventilation are the same as that in normal ventilation. If the impeller of fan designed with new airfoil is rotated in contrary direction, the volume flow, pressure and effecence of fan would be the same as that in normal direction, hence the effect of reversal ventilation would be same as that in normal direction, hence the now type airfoil presented in the paper provides a basis for construction a new type reversible fn which can alternate the flow direction by simply reversing the rotating of motor with much better characteristics than that of existing reversible fans.
