摘要: 该项技术是在机床的三维空间内进行机床综合误差实时补偿。将一块带有单片机的智能补偿功能板直接插入机床数控系统的扩充槽内,通过总线结构并利用数控系统的部分原有功能达到实时误差补偿的目的。

Abstract: The accuracy of compensation mostly depends on the precise mathematical description of error variation and the real-time ability of compensation. A synthetic error compensation deice with a hardware of a one-chip computer MCS-96 is mounted in an extra slot of the CNC unit. The device sends compensation data to CNC system through the bus of CNC. It works fast and reliable with lower cost. It is a effective device for high-precision machine tools. This device has function of data acquisition, data exchange, data handing and compensation errors in real time. Simulation test and machining practice show that 60% of machining error can be compensated.
